Jan. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Ltd., the world's third-largest customized-chip maker, posted its smallest profit in five quarters as customers cleared supplies of semiconductors for electronics such as Microsoft Corp.'s Xbox 360 and Apple Inc.'s video iPod.
